The Company

Citywide Tech has been in operation for 30 years. Initially set up in Penrose as a small printer servicing outlet, the company now has showrooms and service centres in Albany, Penrose and Hamilton. The company is wholly NZ owned and operated. The company also boasts an exclusive Supply and Service Agreement with one of the main distributors of ICT products in Tonga.

Citywide Tech is a fully authorized reseller and service agent for most of the major brands of printers, copiers, computers, laptops and mobile devices.

The company’s professional team includes:

- 9 fully qualified and experienced service engineers
- 3 full time customer service and administration support personnel.
- A full time Business Development Manager for your customised needs

  2. Installation of all devices that we sell.
  3. Sales of most brand printers, computers, laptops and mobile devices at competitive prices.
  4. Sales of toners and inks for most brands of printers.
  5. Competitive pricing on photocopy papers.
  6. Showrooms and service centers are open 6 days a week.
  7. Phones are monitored 7 days a week.
  8. We provide a full Managed Print Service options for clients including a free audit of customer IT infrastructure prior to proposal for the best solution.

Delivery can be expected within three to five working days from confirmation of order.
