I purchased a second hand Brother QL-800 Label printer from TradeMe, it was damaged in transit & Aramex don’t want to claim liability for the damage as I had signed for the parcel on arrival. After many desperate attempts at finding certified brother support services in West Auckland, no one would take my case of fixing my broken label printer, many didn’t even get back to me after I had called and emailed photos.

Tess, Mel & their team of highly qualified technicians from Citywide Tech were absolutely amazing with their support. I mentioned to them my problem and a plea for help, sent an email with photos and immediately I had a positive response.
