After many desperate attempts at finding certified brother support services in West Auckland, no one would take my case of fixing my broken label printer, many didn’t even get back to me after I had called and emailed photos.

Tess, Mel & their team of highly qualified technicians from Citywide Tech were absolutely amazing with their support. I mentioned to them my problem and a plea for help, sent an email with photos and immediately I had a positive response. The team went above and beyond to provide me with the best service available to give me the best result possible. I have never had service like this before, their service is impeccable and I will definitely be taking my future services with them.
